Is my order confirmed?
Please check your email you will receive an order confirmation email if your order is confirmed. 

When will you ship my order?
We generally try to ship the order within two (2) working days of receipt.  In case of special promotions, there might be longer shipping lead times due to the nature of promotion.  Please check the product page of the particular promotion for more details in that case.  

When will I get the order delivered to me?
Transit and delivery time may vary depending on your location. Your order expected delivery date should vary between 5-7 days.

Can I track the status of my order delivery?
Yes. You can.  Click on the 'Track your Order' link on the footer of our site and enter the tracking details received in the Shipping Confirmation email sent to you.  

It might take 24 hours for tracking number to become active. But don’t worry your shipment is on the way and will reach you soon.

I have placed an order, but not yet received the shipping confirmation mail with tracking details.  What should I do?
If it's not been 3 days from date of order, we request patience.  If it's been more than 3 days, do send us a mail to: estore.tadobastore@gmail.com and we shall update you.

I'm not getting Cash on Delivery (COD) as an option for payment.  What's wrong?
This can happen in 2 cases - either your pin code is currently not serviceable by us with the COD payment option.   

Can you ship internationally?
Yes, we should be able to ship it.   Write an email to us with your zip code (pin code) and country name, and the product you'd like us to ship.   We shall estimate the shipping costs additionally and send you a payment link as the standard payment mode is applicable for shipping within India only.

Can you gift wrap an order?
Choose the Gift Wrap option at time of checkout and we shall do it for you.
Can you skip the invoice on the package, as it’s a gift?
No. Government regulations in our country do not allow that.

Can I request order delivery on a particular day?
We can't promise that we will do it, but we do promise that we shall try.

Do you handle customization / personalization requests?
Yes, we do, but only for bulk orders.  You can share your details in the Customized Merchandise link. 

How to apply the coupon code?
On the checkout page, there is a place to enter the coupon code.

My coupon code is not working, what should I do?
Please check the terms and conditions of the coupon.

I want to change my delivery address.  Can that be done?
Obviously, we cant change the delivery address once the order has been shipped. You can call us / email us and if its not shipped out yet and we will help you out.

The product is not what I expected, the website shows a completely different image.
Well, the images can only be representative of the product and we try our best to ensure that you have the best and complete information of the product you’re buying. If you don’t like what you’ve received, refer our refunds policy.

I have received a damaged product, what should I do?
This should not happen. But, please take a picture  and email us immediately, and we will help you.
